about me

Hi there, my name is Olivia! I'm a current MFA student at Dodge College of Film and Media Arts entering my 2nd and final year in the Production Design program. 

During my undergraduate architectural studies at Ohio State University, I became increasingly interested in the concept of visual storytelling. After exploring various avenues of professional design careers, I was immediately drawn to the craft of Production Design, as it perfectly embodies what I plan to accomplish as a designer. Specifically, I aspire to bring narrative stories to life through design, to become a creator of worlds whose settings do not just frame stories, but add underlying substance to them. I am excited to continue solidifying my creative voice at Dodge and look forward to gaining first-hand experience from the ground up during my studies. My areas of interest include production design, set decoration, art direction, and themed entertainment design.
